# CUSTOMIZATION

Put your creativity into it!

We strongly believe that an NFT beyond its utilities and the economic return it can generate, must represents the social identity of its owner; That's why we have implemented a series of customization features to allow owners to put their creativity into it.

When a Weird Ape changes name or lore the event is stored on the blockchain and will therefore be immutable and verifiable to anyone who wants to.

The process takes place on our site, by selecting an Ape from [<mark style="color:orange;">**My Wapes**</mark>](https://weirdapes.com/) page, you can access the customization features.

### What about Voxel Apes?

All Voxel Apes can change Name and Lore as well as 2D NFTs.

When a VoxBox is evolved into an Explorable, name and lore are preserved.<br>
